The following warranties apply to the various materials that Harmonia Living uses to craft our products. Some products use mixed materials; 2 or more material warranties below apply.

Aluminum Frame Warranty

Harmonia Living extends a 3 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials that cause structural failure of aluminum frames. Finishes carry a 1 year warranty against defects such as peeling, cracking, or extreme discoloration. (Commercial warranty 1 year frame / 1 year finish).

Steel Frame Warranty

Harmonia Living extends a 2 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials in steel frames that cause a structural failure. Finish damage caused by rusting is not covered. Warranty void if scratched or within 2 miles of salt water. (Commercial warranty 6 months frame / 90 days finish).

Outdoor Wicker Warranty

Harmonia Living extends a 2 year limited structural and finish warranty against structural failure, finish fading, or cracking. (Commercial warranty 1 year frame / 1 year wicker).

Rope

Harmonia Living extends a 2 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials that cause a failure of the ability to use the piece of furniture. (Commercial warranty 1 year).

Outdoor Sling / Texteline Warranty

Harmonia Living extends a 1 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials that cause a failure of the ability to use the piece of furniture. (Commercial warranty 90 days).

Cushion Warranty

Sunbrella ®, Revolution and Outdura each carry a 5 year warranty. Please refer to the warranty of Sunbrella ®, Revolution and Outdura fabrics used in the production of our cushions for specifics; the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. Harmonia Living offers a 2 Year warranty against defects in workmanship and other materials used in cushion production. Back cushion stuffing liners are not covered under warranty. Cushions made with un branded fabrics hold a 12 month warranty against defects in workmanship; fabric and back cushion stuffing liners are not covered by the warranty. (Commercial warranty 1 year Sunbrella ®, Revolution and Outdura fabrics / 90 days other materials and workmanship).

Teak Warranty

Harmonia Living extends a 1 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. While teak is a natural material, and some cosmetic, non-structural irregularities may exist, or develop, structural failure will be covered . Some material may be from a reclaimed source; patches and other irregularities may be considered normal and not defects. (Commercial warranty 90 days).

Hand Made Cement Products

Harmonia Living extends a 1 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials in MGO Cement products. While these products are hand made, and some cosmetic, non-structural irregularities may exist, structural failure will be covered. Finishes carry a 1 year warranty against defects such as peeling, cracking, or extreme discoloration. (Commercial warranty 90 days).

Indoor Furniture and Decor

Many of the pieces of indoor furniture or decor that we carry are either hand-made, an antique, or made of environmentally conscious reclaimed woods, making each item subject to minor blemishes and color variance. These imperfections are what give Harmonia Living products their charm, and unique character. Harmonia Living warrants that indoor products be free of meaningful defects in material and/or workmanship for 1 year from date of delivery. (Commercial warranty 1 year).

Exclusions

Harmonia Living warranties carry a static weight limit of 275lbs per seating position (example a 3 seat sofa can hold a static weight of 825lbs) Damages caused in transit, damages by severe weather, abuse, lack of proper care, or misuse, including but not limited to issues caused by cleaning agents, sprinklers or intense reflections of windows, normal wear and tear, scratches, damage while un-packaging, rusting hardware or damages caused by excessive forces are not covered. Do not move furniture by dragging it, items must be lifted to move. Parts such as table, chair, sofa legs damaged by dragging will not be covered. Stacking chairs can cause scratches; scratches caused by stacking are not covered under this warranty, take care when stacking stackable chairs. The Spread dining table is recommended for use under covered patios, or if in full sun, must be covered with a protective cover when not in use. Warranty period will begin on the date of delivery to the original end purchaser and is applicable only to the original end purchaser with proof of purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted and approved by Harmonia Living only; Dealers are not authorized to process, approve, or dely warranty claims. Claims must be accompanied by photos of the issue. Approved warranty claims will be addressed by repair, replacement, or prorated refund, at Harmonia Living’s discretion, however freight and labor costs are not covered when replacements are made. Proof of Purchase required. No other warranties, expressed or implied will be honored beyond this document. In no instance will reparations exceed purchase price. All disputes to be filed and held in California courts under California law.
